Like all good things that take time, at the heart of Coffin Rock Distillery is a simple aim, to produce spirits worth waiting for.
Our first distillations are scheduled to begin soon. From that point forward, every spirit will be shaped with discipline and restraint. Some will make their way to the shelf sooner. Some will remain stashed away until the time is right.
We are currently in the build phase, refining our range and preparing for launch.

If you would like to receive updates on production progress, allocation announcements and seasonal releases, we invite you to subscribe.
Select limited releases will be made available to Founding Members Crew first, then to subscribers, before any wider public release.
Some special edition runs may be produced in very small quantities. When only a handful of bottles exist, waiting for public release may simply be too late.
Early access to select limited and seasonal bottlings will be offered to subscribers and Founding Members Crew before wider availability, in recognition of their early support and contribution.
How access will work

- Subscribers receive early notice of allocations and seasonal bottlings.
- Wider public availability follows once allocations are confirmed.
