When bookings open in 2028, visitor experiences will form the heart of Coffin Rock Distillery, our small craft distillery is located just outside York in Western Australia.
Visitors will be able to enjoy guided tastings, behind-the-scenes distillery tours, and hands-on spirit workshops designed to show how small-batch spirits such as gin, vodka and whisky are produced.
From short tasting sessions through to full distillery tours and interactive workshops, every experience will be intentionally small and structured, giving guests genuine insight into the craft distilling process while visiting one of the most unique distillery destinations near York WA.
Guided Tasting Sessions

Structured tasting sessions will run regularly during opening hours and are designed as an accessible introduction to the Coffin Rock range of small batch gin, vodka and whisky produced at our distillery near York in Western Australia.
